Hello,

I am Rebecca Spradlin, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer based in Texas. I believe that healthy eating and movement shouldn't be complicated. By day, I work full-time as a clinical dietitian in a hospital. I witness the harsh realities of chronic disease every single day-- much of it caused by poor diet and lifestyle choices. It's painful. It's overwhelming. And in many cases, it's preventable.

​That's why I created this space.​

My mission is to take the hard out of nutrition and exercise and show you how simple, nourishing food can change your life. Here, you will find easy, nutrient-dense recipes you can make in 30 minutes or less--packed with protein and fiber (all the good stuff that's missing from the standard American diet). ​These meals are designed to help you live longer and live well. You will also find nutrition and exercise guides, tips, and fun facts to help you navigate everyday situations with confidence-- from managing social events, decoding food labels, or boosting your meals with more nutrients. Think of this as your toolkit for building a balanced lifestyle that feels sustainable, not stressful.
