Healthy never tasted so chocolatey! These no-bake brownie batter bites are packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats and are naturally sweetened. This is the perfect snack to satisfy your sweet tooth while keeping you fueled!


Servings: 16

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes (in refrigerator)


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese

  • 1/4 cup Honey

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts

  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats

  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips


Directions:

  1. Combine cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Transfer mixture to large bowl and add dry ingredients. Mix well.

  3. Shape into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  4. Store in airtight container in the fridge.
