The BEST Ninja Creami Base

My favorite Creami base! Made with just a few wholesome ingredients (no supplements needed). It's creamy, packed with protein, and pairs well with any fruit combo. Simply add 1 cup of your preferred fruit!


Servings: 1

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooke Time: 24 hrs (freeze)


Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Cottage Cheese, full fat

  • 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt, full fat

  • 1/2 cup Fairlife Whole Milk

  • 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener

  • 1 cup of desired fruit


Directions:

  1. Blend Base: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.

  2. Freeze: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint. Freeze for 24 hrs, until fully solid

  3. Spin: Use the Lite Ice Cream or Smoothie Bowl setting on your Creami.

  4. Re-spin if needed: If it's crumbly, add 1-2 tbsp of milk and re-spin until creamy.


Nutrition (not including the fruit that you choose to add):

Calories: 230 calories

Protein: 23g

Carbohydrates: 21g

Fiber: 0g (this is why you need to add fruit... to boost this number!)

Fat: 11g


Note: It is important to use the full fat yogurt and cottage cheese as well as the whole milk. This helps with the creaminess.
