Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground extra lean ground beef

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

For the special sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp  ketchup

  • 2 tbsp  dill pickle juice

  • 2 tbsp dill relish

  • 1 tsp white vinegar

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • salt and pepper to taste

For the bowls:

  • Green of choice

  • Potatoes

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • Tomatoes

  • Red onion slices

  • Avocado slices


Directions:

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and spices, cooking until the meat is fully browned. Drain excess grease, if necessary.


Special Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, dill pickle juice, relish, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
