Mexican Casserole (very kid friendly)

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 packet Taco Seasoning
I6 oz Fat Free Refried Beans
15 oz Red Enchilada Sauce
1 cup Corn, frozen
12 Yellow Corn Tortillas, thin
1 1/2 cup Mexican Cheese, 2%
Directions:
In large skillet, brown turkey until cooked through.
Add beans and corn and combine.
Grease a 9x13 baking dish and put 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce on the bottom.
Start layering: place corn tortillas, then meat mixture, some enchilada sauce, cheese, and repeat until out of meat mixture. I used 12 tortillas total, but this could vary.
Bake at 350, covered for 30 minutes.
