Ingredients:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Turkey, 93%
1 cup Brown Rice
2 cups Beef Broth
1 1/2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and add all seasonings. Cook turkey until cooked through.
Add broth and rice to the same skillet. Bring to a boil and then simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
Add cheeses and stir then serve.
