One skillet, big flavor! Cajun turkey & rice loaded with melty cheese. Hearty portions and 41g protein per serving—fuel that satisfies!


Servings: 4

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey, 93%

  • 1 cup Brown Rice

  • 2 cups Beef Broth

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded


Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and add all seasonings. Cook turkey until cooked through.

  2. Add broth and rice to the same skillet. Bring to a boil and then simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes or until rice is tender.

  3. Add cheeses and stir then serve.
