Want all the bold, zesty flavors of taco night without the extra work? This Dump-and-Bake Taco Pasta is the answer! It’s a one-dish fiesta packed with cheesy, spicy goodness that the whole family will devour—perfect for those busy nights when you need something quick and easy.


Servings: 4

Prep time: 8 minutes

Cook Time: 50 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Banza Rotini, uncooked

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey, browned

  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning

  • 3 cups Salsa

  • 2 cups Beef Broth

  • 1 cup Corn, frozen

  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, stir together uncooked rotini, cooked turkey, taco seasoning, salsa, beef broth, and corn (could also add canned beans if you want even more fiber).

  3. Top with cheese.

  4. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

  5. Uncover and cook for 10 more minutes.
