High Fiber Chocolate Pudding

When your dessert is high protein, high fiber, has omega-3s, calcium, B12, vit E, antioxidants, AND tastes like chocolate heaven... is it even dessert anymore of just a wellness hack in disguise?

Cook Time: 2 hours, chilled
Ingredients:
1 cup Cottage Cheese, 2%
1/4 cup Cocoa, unsweetened
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
3 tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Avocado
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Chill 2+ hours for chia to work its magic, and top with fruit, nuts, or whatever you want!
