High Fiber Chocolate Pudding

When your dessert is high protein, high fiber, has omega-3s, calcium, B12, vit E, antioxidants, AND tastes like chocolate heaven... is it even dessert anymore of just a wellness hack in disguise?


Servings: 2

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 2 hours, chilled


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese, 2%

  • 1/4 cup Cocoa, unsweetened

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 3 tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 Avocado


Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Chill 2+ hours for chia to work its magic, and top with fruit, nuts, or whatever you want!
