Looking for a delicious, high-protein treat that actually fuels your body? This Banana Chia Seed Pudding is packed with nutrients while still feeling indulgent! Whether it's breakfast, a snack, or dessert, this pudding is a balanced way to nourish your body while enjoying something sweet!


Servings: 4

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 2 hours (in the refrigerator)


Ingredients:

  • 2 Bananas

  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese

  • 4 tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener

  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 8 Nilla Wafers


Directions:

  1. 1 1/2 bananas (save the other half for topping), cottage cheese, monk fruit, chia seeds, and vanilla to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Using 4, 10 oz containers, layer pudding mix and wafers (2 crushed wafers per container).

  4. Top with remaining half of banana and wafers.
