Ingredients:
2 Bananas
2 cups Cottage Cheese
4 tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
3 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
8 Nilla Wafers
Directions:
1 1/2 bananas (save the other half for topping), cottage cheese, monk fruit, chia seeds, and vanilla to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Using 4, 10 oz containers, layer pudding mix and wafers (2 crushed wafers per container).
Top with remaining half of banana and wafers.
