Say hello to your new healthy habit! Protein-packed PB cups with 4g protein, 3g fiber, and just 102 calories. Dessert can be both delicious AND balanced.


Servings: 12

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter

  • ¼ cup Powdered Peanut Butter (mix with 2 tbsp water)

  • 1 tsp Liquid Monk Fruit Sweetener

  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 10 tbsp Oat Flour

  • 3 tbsp Hemp Hearts

  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil

  • ⅓ cup Dark Chocolate Baking Chips


Directions:

  1. Mix both peanut butters, oat flour, vanilla, and monk fruit until well incorporated.

  2. Line a mini muffin tin with muffin liners and scoop out 12 small scoops. Press scoop into muffin tin.

  3. Mix chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 30 seconds increments untiled melted.

  4. Evenly top first layer with chocolate mixture and then allow to freeze for 10 minutes before eating.
