Say goodbye to boring breakfasts! This overnight oat base packs over 20g of protein--without a scoop of protein powder (because real foods are always better) and 11g of fiber.


Servings: 1

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: Overnight


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Rolled Oats

  • ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • ¾ cup Almond Milk

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • ½ tbsp Honey


Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a glass bowl or cup.

  2. Combine well.

  3. Place in refrigerator over night.

  4. Add desired toppings.
