Simple Steak & Sweet Potato Supper

Simple, satisfying, and balanced š½ļø
Tender beef strips, roasted green beans, and sweet potatoāpacked with protein, fiber, and flavor that checks all the boxes and keeps you full.
Servings: 4-6
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 40 min
Ingredients:
1 lb Wagyu Beef Strips
2 sweet potatoes
12 oz Fresh green beans
Directions:
Beef Marinade:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper
6 Garlic Cloves
Mix all ingredients together, add beef and combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Sweet Potato:
Slice in half
Rub olive oil all over and sprinkle with salt. Bake face down at 400 for 40 minutes or until tender. Every sweet potato is different.
Green beans:
Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Bake along side sweet potatoes at 400 for 20 minutes.
