Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Turkey, 93%
1 Yellow Onion, diced
1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
2 cups Beef Broth
½ cup Ketchup
¼ cup Mustard
1 cup Whole Wheat Orzo
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
Pickles for garnish
Directions:
In a large skillet, sauté onion and bell peppers for 5 minutes. Add turkey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until turkey is cooked through.
Add beef broth, ketchup, mustard, and orzo. Stir.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and cook for 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Add cheese and combine.
Place pickles on top and serve!
