Creamy Tomato Ravioli

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Turkey, 93%
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
14.4 oz Tomatoes, diced, canned
15 oz Tomato Sauce, canned
½ cup Cottage Cheese, blended
560g Ravioli, frozen
1 cup Beef Bone Broth
2 cups Baby Spinach
½ cup Basil, fresh
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add turkey, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook over medium heat until turkey is cooked through.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and cottage cheese (blended). Combine well.
Add ravioli, broth, spinach, and basil. Cook for 10-12 minutes until ravioli is tender.
Add parmesan cheese, stir and serve
