Creamy Tomato Ravioli

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey, 93%

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 tsp Oregano

  • 14.4 oz Tomatoes, diced, canned

  • 15 oz Tomato Sauce, canned

  • ½ cup Cottage Cheese, blended

  • 560g Ravioli, frozen

  • 1 cup Beef Bone Broth

  • 2 cups Baby Spinach

  • ½ cup Basil, fresh

  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated


Directions:

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add turkey, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook over medium heat until turkey is cooked through.

  • Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and cottage cheese (blended). Combine well.

  • Add ravioli, broth, spinach, and basil. Cook for 10-12 minutes until ravioli is tender.

  • Add parmesan cheese, stir and serve
