Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Turkey, 93%
1 Yellow Onion, diced
2 cups Potato Gnocchi
4 cups Diced Tomatoes, canned
1 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
2 cups Baby Spinach
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
Add ground turkey, onion, all seasonings, and gnocchi to skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until turkey is cooked through and onions are tender.
Add tomatoes, spinach, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add mozzarella, stir, then serve.
