Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey, 93%

  • 1 Yellow Onion, diced

  • 2 cups Potato Gnocchi

  • 4 cups Diced Tomatoes, canned

  • 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

  • 2 cups Baby Spinach

  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper


Directions:

  1. Add ground turkey, onion, all seasonings, and gnocchi to skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until turkey is cooked through and onions are tender.

  2. Add tomatoes, spinach, and let simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Add mozzarella, stir, then serve.
