Comfort made easy! This one-pan chicken pot pie has all the creamy, hearty flavor you love- without the fuss. Bonus: it packs 41g of protein to keep you full and satisfied. Perfect for busy nights when you want something quick, nourishing, and delicious!


Servings: 4

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20-25 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Chicken Breast, cooked (I used canned chicken breast)

  • 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken, 98%

  • 1 cup Peas and Carrots, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Fairlife Milk, 2%

  • 1/2 cup Chicken Bone Broth

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 tsp Thyme

  • 6 Biscuits, large (I used Grand's)


Direction:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the biscuits.

  3. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

  4. Top with biscuits. You can cut the biscuits and distribute evenly or leave them whole.
